Group facilitates investments into Agricultural Industry through its operating businesses and affiliates in Russia, focusing on Dairy and Crops Production. Group has already invested substantially into agriculture business in Russia, creating a mid-sized agribusiness with a total land bank of 75 thousand hectares and a livestock of 4 thousand cattle, operating in dairy segments and crops production in South Western part of Russia.
Group’s SPV PRODALLIANCE intends to develop new farms and modernize existing facilities to increase efficiency of the Dairy Production business. PRODALLIANCE sees a growing demand in milk derived commodities from white label producers of cheese, butter and other dairy products and may offer Dairy Production co-investment opportunities to Asian and Global investors with similar business interests or profiles.
